Senior Consultant SAP HR Transformation


Our client a big-4 audit firm is seeking a Senior Consultant SAP HR Transformation for its offices in Switzerland.


As part of the HR Technology Program, our client is offering to large national and multinational clients consist primarily of SAP and Success Factors HR Management solutions and services. This program is an important area of growth and the development so far is due to a good global track record with a substantial customer base. Our employees incorporate a combination of business, financial and technical skills into our projects in order to ideally support them. We have many years of experience in dealing with the aspects of front- and back-office projects, from the creation of reliable ROI models to product selection, customization and integration.

We are looking for a SAP HR Senior Consultant, who is among other things responsible for the following major tasks:



· Independent execution of consulting assignments in a SAP HCM environment

· Support of pre-sales activities and proposals

· Analysis and conceptual regeneration of processes in human resources management

· Implementation an development of customer solutions in the SAP HCM system

· Development of concepts for testing and data migration

· Management of projects or sub-projects

· Budget responsibility in projects or sub-projects

We are interested in candidates that are equipped with the following expertise in terms of HR and payroll billing functions of company:


· Solid, relevant experience in various SAP HCM modules, particularly Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Payroll.

· Secure understanding of SAP HCM solutions and the ability to continue to develop them further

· Experience in the design of comprehensive business processes

· Completed higher education in commerce or computer science

· Proven track record in SAP HCM modules

· Ability to respond to customer needs and to build a good client relationship

· Knowledge of basics in business administration

· Very good German and good English skills

· Full travel mobility
