SC Windows 7 Deployment and Support Engineers Urgently required.
Our client is looking for candidates with current Security Clearance to work on a Windows 7 Deployment project based in Yeovil.
You will provide onsite support within a windows 7 refresh project.
Duties will include deployment to deskside and support to migrated users, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues within a Windows 7 environment.
Experience Required Essential:
Desktop support experience
Good Customer Service skills/experience
Windows 7 Experience of working to SLA
Ability to adhere to procedures
Team player/problem analysis & resolution skills
