Quality Manager (Advice) - Central London - 3 months (initially) GBP /day

Our client, a large, delivery driven and consumer focused organisation located in Central London are looking to bring on board a QA Executive to oversee and ensure that services delivered to customers by the service providing partners are fit for purpose, meets high service standards, remain current and well-managed.

The successful candidate will have experience and solid expertise in Quality Management approaches and practices used to manage third party contracts (or similar) and contact centres.

They must have proven relationship management skills and be able to build productive and influential relationships with key stakeholders.

There will also be some travel required for this particular role outside of Central London so it the ideal candidate should be flexible to travel around the UK or wider (subject to 3rd party provider locations).
