Quality Risk and Compliance Manager - QRC - West London - Contract
My client a top FMCG company is currently looking to recruit a Quality Risk and Compliance Manager to join its team in West London on a contract basis.
The Quality Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the following:
Reporting to the Business/Deployment Quality, Risk and Compliance (QRC) Director, work within the ERP QRC team to ensure that high standards of internal control are maintained across the programme templates such that SOX, Internal and External Audit, and other compliance/regulatory requirements are met.
Internal Controls Framework:
* The design and deployment of key internal controls in the ERP template across all markets, entities and sites using the ERP controls framework - identify key risks to the business, working with functional and process owners to agree required mitigating controls.
* Maintaining & updating the ERP Internal controls framework during each deployment release, including risk and control assessments for localisations.
* Review and approve ERP Programme documentation to ensure that controls are Embedded and adequately documented.
* Review and approval of ERP Programme testing, to ensure that Key controls are tested to the required standard and able to be operated and compliant to design in each process area, including defining the scope of tests of configuration settings against standards and monitoring the results.
* Ensure controls as designed are deployed in each market, entity or site. For each deployment release, this will involve working with each market, entity or site to agree and document the control ownership for both global and local controls, prior to deployment.
* As required, coordination of internal controls testing with the local Compliance Officers, post Go-Live eg Performance Qualification.
* Lead and coordinate appropriate training for local Compliance Officers pre Go-Live of a deployment release, and as required post Go-Live.
Governance and Other:
* Provide Financial Compliance subject matter expertise to the ERP Programme and other aligned programmes
* Where required participate in QRC Programme assurance reviews, either representing QRC or combined with joint internal audit or reviews.
* As required, support the Business/Deployment Quality, Risk and Compliance Director to provide support to steady state ERP templates within the business, including reviewing changes for Financial Compliance impact as required.
Key skills for the Quality Risk and Compliance Consultant:
* Experience with internal control design and risk identification
* Knowledge of SarbOx legislation
* Knowledge of both Pharmaceutical industry, FMCG and Manufacturing business and systems is highly desirable
High Level Understanding/Business process knowledge of the following:
o Order to Cash
o Purchase to Payables
o Record to Report (Financials)
o Warehouse & Distribution
o Supply Chain Planning
o Consensus Forecasting
* Finance and commercial experience
* SAP functional experience - mixed modules.
* Experience of an ERP Implementation
