Are you an Oracle Financials Functional Specialist looking for an exciting, fast paced new environment?
We are looking for an Oracle Financials Functional specialist with a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally with some R12 experience, to join our Oracle support team.
The team currently provides onsite & remote support to our customers, across a wide range of Oracle technologies. Working with a team of Functional, Technical and DBAs, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our customers eBusiness applications for R11 and R12 implementations.

Role and Responsibilities:
Our Client, a high profile multinational organisation, requires a highly motivated and driven Oracle Financial Functional Specialist for a contract position in Dublin.
Take responsibility for the development, support and maintenance of Oracle based systems and applications within to ensure business service levels are achieved
Maintain and develop documentation related to designated support and development activities
Keep the Application Support Manager informed of any IS issues within the department which require attention
Communicate as necessary with relevant business users/dept heads with regard to change requests, queries and support related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in delivery of business/IT projects as required
Required:
Strong expertise in GL, with experience of chart of accounts design.
Expert knowledge of the core Oracle Financial modules(GL, AP, AR, PO, CE, iExpense, Fixed Assets) and Project Accounting
PS/SQL programming,
Oracle Reports & XML Publisher
Oracle Workflow
Oracle Forms
Discoverer Reporting
OA Framework
Integrations, Oracle Fusion Middleware
Java/JSP (not necessary but nice to have).
Strong understanding of the Oracle Financials modules and business processes
Experience working with and understanding of client business requirements, interpretation and production of detailed specifications and documentation
Excellent communication skills in dealing with end users and senior level management
Experience of eBusiness Suite implementations.
Flexibility to work out of hours if required
A minimum of 2 full life cycle ERP project implementations with large companies.

500 P/D
