E-business Digital Analytics Consultant (m/f)
The recently launched e-transformation program has 3 main drivers, "Increase the Customer Satisfaction", "Maximize the online sales growth" and "Maximize the online customer interactions".
To support this program and the continuous growth of the web activity for our client we are looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
You will answer the analytic needs of the online department by analysing web traffic and the online customer journey/behaviour and by returning these data into valuable metrics/dashboards/insights which can be used for decision-making.
Based on your analysis, you'll formulate clear and unambiguous recommendations to improve the online sales growth in all its facets (digital marketing mix, customer path, online sales funnel, )
Responsible to have an end-end data-driven view on the online buying behaviour, the online sales funnel and the contribution of online marketing tools to the online sales growth and you will pro-actively propose corrective actions if needed.
You'll take the necessary actions to ensure a coherent WEB channel reporting, though will also support cross-channel initiatives by enabling and analysing cross-channel traffic/interactions
Therefore you're expected to take full ownership of your actions
And will take the necessary steps to be aligned with the E-business priorities at any time
Your profile
For this challenging position we are looking for an experienced individual with excellent Web Analytics skills.
As a consultant you:
Have a proven track record in the Web Analytics domain in a large organisation/website.
Are able to translate web analytics data in a visually attractive business report.
Experience with IBM Unica NetInsight, Omniture, Webtrends is an asset
Minimum bilingual (English-French, English-Dutch)
Very good communication skills
Telecommunications experience is an asset
Excelling in Microsoft Excel
Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website
Can do-attitude
