Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for Marketing Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading the industrial marketing activities:
• Understand the overall business situation
• Drive the alignment of the industrial roadmap between Operations, Quality and Marketing
• Represent customer perspectives in internal PL alignments
• Managing the factory post-transfer
• Protect market share
• Manage stock from previous factories
• Managing transition towards an alternative factory (front end factory for dual sourcing)
• Drive customer qualifications of this alternative factory to realize dual source products
• Ensure fab production is aligned with expected demand
• Controlling the supply demand mismatch (factory balance, capacity, tight supply, allocation situations)
• Drive towards an optimal product and factory mix, based on customer demand, forecasts, orderbooks, etc
• This, in close cooperation with the Global Sales and Marketing organization and Order Fulfilment Centre
• Managing the industrial marketing activities to introduce new materials and other factories, i.e. on backend
• Drive towards clear decisions (timeline, products) and execute the rollout
• Supporting other commercial marketing activities, like:
• Discontinuation Notifications
• Product Change Notifications
• Volume Ramp Ups of new products
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Masters, bachelor’s degree or a higher professional education (HBO/WO)
• Semiconductor experience is a MUST
• Solid experience (5-10yrs) in Industrial marketing / Technical marketing / Operational marketing
• Experienced in driving industrial projects and within the semiconductors industry
• Affinity with the Automotive industry / B2B Sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Spider-in-web personality
• Team player
