Description
A Global Pharmaceutical organisation currently requires an experienced computer systems validation engineer (CSV) to work at their facility in the North West UK.The successful CSV engineer will be working on existing automated manufacturing equipment (packaging lines).
Activities:
•Author / review cURS
•Review computerised system functional specifications
•Review HDS and SDS documents
•Preparation of testing documentation (SATS, FATS)
•Support testing on site
•Support factory acceptance testing
•Scope and manage minor changes to existing systems
•Fault finding on computerised systems
Essential Knowledge:
•GAMP / computer validation
•Knowledge of PLCs such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, B&R
•Awareness of change control principles - process improvement activities on the automated manufacturing equipment
Useful knowledge:
•Historian (IP21 preferable)
•PLCs
•DCS
•SCADA
•Siemens
•Allen Bradley
