Job Description for MPBN Customer Project Manager Summary
This is the job description of Customer Project Manager (CPM) whose role is to manage customer projects from a customer perspective, to secure that the project goals are met, to secure that the customer's expectation are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phase.
Responsible for all project activities towards the end customer and direct customer communications.
Owns the relation and the project results towards the end customer.
Works with the customer to identify business requirements and translates them into plans that will lead to acceptance of end results.
Responsible for delivering the solution to the satisfaction of the customer.
Meets Ericsson business objectives, in terms of revenue and profit objectives.
Recommended Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Computer Science or Engineering Project management experience:
Proven records in successfully delivering IP infrastructure projects in ICT and Telecom environment. Previous Experience in handling MPBN projects is needed.
Exposure in Mobile network.
PMP certification from PMI is required within 24 months.
Familiar with Ericsson Props-C process.
