Description
Specific deliverables that will be required under this contract for an ESRI Geospatial specialist:
Progress the establishment of the EDW ESRI platform as a functional replacement for CGIS through
- Consultation with the senior ESRI users of on an appropriate geodatabase folder structure for client and external data that facilitates discovery and avoids duplication
- Documentation of this structure and manage the progress of its implementation through the MSP in all environments
- Stocktake data holdings and manage the migration/installation of any required data
- Prepare and implement a plan for migration of spatial users from CGIS to EDW ESRI
- Liaise with the MSP for recommended changes to the ESRI system setup
Engage with the spatial analysts and developers to build appropriate map based products that support a self-service web map based reporting facility - Prepare a plan for rollout of the first products under a self-service web map based reporting facility to all.
The contractor will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in ESRI development/system projects
