File Quality Assurance - Interest Rate Derivatives - £250 - London
McGregor Boyall is working in partnership with one of the worlds leading Banks, who are looking for a team of File Quality Assurance to work on the banks Interest Rate Swaps programme
Responsible for:
- Act as an officer of the Bank reviewing the case file provided by the File Gathering team in order to categorise the information provided to ensure that there are no gaps
- Complete a file certificate for every file to qualify exactly what is being provided to the Skilled Person
- Initiate a file cover sheet which will include details such as RM history
- Liaise with the File Gathering Team to address any gaps in the file
- Handover the file along with completed file certificate and initial file cover sheet to the file reviewers
- Case load management of a given volume at anytime
- Site leadership of file gatherers if it is determined that we need to undertake this at sites outside of London
- Ad-hoc duties as directed by Team Leader
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
THIS IS NOT A FILE REVIEWER POSITION - CANDIDATES WILL BE EXPECTED TO KNOW HOW TO BUILD FILES AND WHAT IS REQUIRED TO GO INTO THEM.
Experience:
- All candidates must have experience working in a File Quality Assurance or similar position involving the building of files on Interest Rate Derivative review projects
- Candidates should have previous Credit experience
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Previous experience of working within an administrative office environment
- Proven track record of delivery within an organisation operating within strict service legal agreements
- Fast learner with the ability to multi-task
Technical Knowledge:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well developed written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
