Description
Our client, a large finacncial services organisation are looking for a SOx Compliance manager responsible for the team to deliver the SOx compliance testing plan effectively and efficiently.
Take the lead for planning, design Effectiveness Assessments, and Operational Effectiveness testing
Manage relationships with the senior stake holders including IT Risk and Controls team
Take a proactive and engaging approach to coming up with recommendations for improvements to ensure that there is continuous challenge to improve the control environment
Liaise with external auditors from planning through delivery of the SOx programme to ensure a smooth audit of the SOx controls
Work closely with teams across the Group to ensure continuous improvement of the SOx process across the entire Group
