Essential Functions:
Oracle Functional/Technical Configurator
This position will be working with the IT department on a project to automate the current Complaint process
The resource must have specific knowledge of the Oracle Quality Module Collection Plans. The resource will reconfiguring the Collection Plans to work with new business processes and external interfaces.
Must be able to configure the Oracle Collection Plans within the Quality Module.
Must be able to write SQL and PL/SQL code
Must be able to work with Integration Specialist to develop interfaces to external systems
This is a technical resource. They are working on configuring Oracle to their Quality System which is Trackwise. This resource is dedicated going in and making the necessary changes within Oracle so they can integrate the information into their quality tracking system (Trackwise), so this resource has to be technical enough to be able to get the two systems to talk with each other
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience with Oracle EBS and or Oracle EBS Quality Collection Plans
Experience configuring the Oracle Collection Plans within the Oracle Quality Module.
Writing SQL and PL/SQL
Strong documentation skills
Strong communication skills
