Your tasks:
- Full mastering of the market access requirements
- Define payer strategy for all products on market and in the pipeline
- Manage payer evidence development needed for successful market access
- Lead national pricing and reimbursement negotiations
- Work closely with the Market access team to ensure that country payer evidence needs are addressed in the European payer evidence project
- Work with key internal stakeholders to develop market access capabilities and internalize market access thinking
- Develop Healtheconomic projects
- Develop and maintain dialogue with national, regional and local payers and payer influencer such as reimbursement authorities, HTA bodies and KOLs, public affairs
- Representative in Price and reimbursement negotiation
- Follow the major factors of economic environment, provide to the company a medium-term vision related to environmental changes
- Follow medical and business data relating to competitors products
- Close collaboration with the co-operation partner
- Independent development of the market access strategy for our product range with the goal of maximum access to the market and reimbursability
- Development of contract strategies
- Management of the benefit assessment, as well as management of any interdisciplinary project team to be established
- Preparation of statements
- Preparation of market access for future compounds (developing dossiers for market entry)
- Development of brand-specific messages, materials and programs for health insurance companies and statutory health insurance physician associations
- Development of economic and health policy arguments, materials and programs for prescribers
- Observation of the market environment for our indication areas in relation to health policy, as well as the derivation and implementation of resulting measures
- Implementation of internal training on the topic of market access, support in building up and developing the required competencies in the respective departments
- Active participation in appropriate congresses, panel discussions and associations
Your qualifications
- University Degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine or Science, a post graduate in sales/marketing, Master in health law and/or health economic is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, i.e. health policy, care structures, service provision, legal foundations
- Good understanding of economic aspects in healthcare, experience assessing medications
- Good understanding of medicine, understanding of clinical studies
