IT Operators, Alicante Spain
We require IT Operators (4) with English skills for our client's Data Center in Alicante for a long-term role, initial contract to end July 2014, renewable. Working Monday to Sunday, rotating 8 hour shifts between 6:30-22:00, 7x52 schedule service.
THE ROLE
To provide the services of IT Operation, monitoring and alarm escalation, incident management through Remedy, application of operational procedures for resolution of incidents, send notifications, manage backup and storage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Technical experience of at least three years work in critical operating environments 24x7 IT and data center
- Experience in solving technical issues
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, tools for incident ticketing (Remedy)
- UNIX
- University degree or technical FP2/Certificate of Higher Education (HNC)
LANGUAGES
- English: Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
