Description
This position will be responsible for documenting Enterprise wide best practices in the Manufacturing Engineering Area. Best practices collected will be in the areas of manufacturing strategies, manufacturing engineering and manufacturing processes. This position will also be responsible for implementing a best practice sharing mechanism to disseminate the information back out to the enterprise.
SKILLS:
The candidate must have a strong background in the Manufacturing Engineering areas. Must have strong facilitation skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Eight to ten years engineering experience required. Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Team player and detail oriented.
