- Facilitates collaboration with cross-functional diverse groups and individuals to influence Health Care Reform planning and execution for projects. 
- Works with stakeholders to document information for new project requests using established criteria. Participates with other regional stakeholders to update project processes and key documents. 
- Project manages large, complex Health Care Reform program/projects for Colorado region with minimal oversight. Projects are often strategic, cross organizational, sponsored by executives and critical to regional success. 
- Identifies project barriers/constraints/risks, action items and provides recommendations to mitigate. 
- May develop and manage project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones and critical path for projects containing multiple work streams.

- Proven experience planning and facilitating meetings/plans and working with other teams that include executives and senior leadership. 
- Demonstrated skills in building effective business partner relationships. 
- Effective communication skills with staff at all levels of the organization in facilitating, presenting and implementing programs. 
- Experience using structured organizational change methodologies to bring about effective organizational change. 
- SharePoint user experience, preferably SharePoint administration experience

Job Description: 

Leads the coordination of strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leaders and other stakeholders to generate high-value solutions and sustainable results to strategic issues and opportunities. Manages and influences large, complex projects or programs with regional impact and scope. Supports clients using program and project management, process improvement methods, effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and application of best practices. Structures and leads high-visibility projects or programs to meet client expectations, deliver value and minimize potential obstacles and risks. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
