Lead for all technical aspects of the infrastructure operation in a through global company. Your primary focus and responsibility will be as platform-owner of the server park and the corresponding storage solutions. Secondary focus, and the ownership of, will be on other infrastructural components and shared services like Network, Mail, Instant messaging, Mobility services, Active Directory , etc., whose delivery is today undertaken by business unit within the xx group.
In short your prime responsibility will be to develop, oversee and control the operation of all infrastructure components that enables Customer to deliver world class applications to internal users and external clients.
In close co-operation with the rest of the Platform management team, your major area of responsibilities will be as follows:

•Directly manage the technical segment of the operational delivery of outsourced infrastructure components and services, with special attention to, performance management, capacity management, availability management
•Propose and manage the capacity needs and availability of the infrastructure resources.
•Ensure that technical solutions are consistent with service level set forth.
•Monitor and track availability, utilization, and MTTR as an instrument to drive continuous service improvement for infrastructure deliveries.

You will be a part of the technical team that oversees all technical aspects of the ongoing operation.
You will have:
•Minimum of 7 years of experience with technical operation of infrastructure components including managing Windows, Linux, AIX, with corresponding certification
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in an enterprise size operational environment in which services are delivered through outsourcing partners.
•An excellent understanding of the interactions between all infrastructure verticals, i.e. Networks, Servers, Operative systems, and Storage.
•Familiar with ITIL and in particular Incident/Problem management. ITIL certification is desirable.
•Excellent English skills - verbal and written communication skills.
