For our client we are urgently seeking for an experienced cut-over Manager for a project based in Kansas City (USA).Industry: Bio Tech branch of pharmaceutical company
Role:
+ Creation and ownership of the Cut-over Plan (incl. upfront alignment with involved actors)
+ Drives planning of measures to ensure market supply around go live incl. pipeline filling, stock piling, ..
+ Creation of business ramp down & ramp up plan and alignment with local senior management
+ Tracking the successful execution of the cut-over plan
+ Serves as escalation platform for problems during cut-over
+ Actively supports project management during cut-over
+ Aligns Business and IS cut-over activities
+ Tracking of ramp up and facilitation of ramp up calls
Required skills / experience:
• Strong project management and management skills
• Hands-on / can do attitude
• Pharma or Bio-Pharma experience
• Validated processes and systems
• Supply Chain / Production background
• Cross module functional SAP Template knowledge
• Transition Management (Deployment, Roll-out, Cutover)
• People‘ s skills / strong communication skills
Location: Kansas City - 70% – 80% onsite
Start: ASAP until beginning of 2015 (Feb-Mar)
Mandatory: Work Permit for USA
