*To provide leadership and expertise in the delivery of a high quality data management information service within the HR service
*To deliver high quality data integrity for establishment management, setting out strong governance in all changes to posts and people, until Managed Services goes live across Tri-borough
*To collate and report on workforce establishment and related HR information and providing Management with a professional, supportive service in respect of maximising HR system use and data quality.
*To influence the actions of operational staff and relevant HR/HRD staff, and drive a programme of continuous improvement in setting and maintaining quality standards and promoting the reputation of the service in areas such a recruitment, HRMI, data and information analysis.
* To ensure that high quality systems, procedures and practices are designed, implemented and maintained and that service provision is effectively monitored and reviewed and that appropriate security and governance measures are in place and followed
*To represent the Senior HR Manager on corporate initiatives and change projects relating to establishment information and other HR data as directed.
*To support corporate HR projects or provide HR advice on corporate projects to support the Council's in achieving its business objectives whilst at the same time protecting the council as an employer and public authority
*To manage the provision of requests to HR under Freedom of Information and Data Protection legislation
