*Ability to ensure best practice methodology is followed
*Ability to pick up open design issues and carry out an option or impact analysis
*Knowledge and experience of Finance and Oracle R12 Functional knowledge

*Enable the team to take on additional scope (ie business requirements) through hands on deliverable creation
*Ensure that good practice is followed when documenting the various business design deliverables
*Validate and assure the quality of the business design deliverables within the stream
