Description

A German Speaking ICAAP administrator is required by a Bank in London for a contract within its Finance team.

The successful German Speaking ICAAP administrator will have previous experience putting together a Financial document such as an Audit file, ICAAP, Pillar 3 schedule, Statutory disclosures such as Accounts or a Tax Return etc. You must also be able to understand BIPRU rules, have excellent Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel), be an excellent communicator and able to confidently put forward an argument. You MUST have German speaking skills and should have a Finance Degree (or equivalent) and Ideally be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA etc)

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Head of Group Regulatory Reporting to put together a plan to refresh the RHJI Consolidated ICAAP.

  • Responsible for the master version of the ICAAP.

  • Attend meetings and follow up requests with various stakeholders and ensure all deliverables a received in the required timeframes.

  • Translate any English documents to German and vice versa in order to complete the necessary work and sections of the ICAAP.

  • Take sections from various risk and accounting documents in German from the bank and translate these into English and add into the ICAAP document.

  • Assist with any ad-hoc calculations or spreadsheet work, formatting and refreshing some financial tables.

  • Prepare a draft ICAAP ready for management review.
