For a world-leading client of ours in the financial industry, we are looking for an Incident Manager.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Languages: English, Dutch, French

For a world-leading player in the financial industry, we are currently looking for an Incident manager, with excellent communication skills.

When an incident occurs, which is critical, major or high in priority to the company, all incident controllers will be informed via telephone communication. A Scrum-master is then assigned to allocate a team and divide tasks and routes. You will act as the single point of contact between the incident team and senior management.

Accountabilities:

  • You will be responsible for reporting to senior management and inform them about critical, major and high priority incidents that affect the company.
  • You will act as the single point of contact and are able to collect all necessary information to provide internal stakeholders with information.
  • You are responsible for the punctual, clear and accurate communication to senior management.
  • You have excellent English writing and verbal communication and presentational skills.
  • You have good listening skills, a helicopter-view, are assertive.
  • You are able to work under pressure.
  • You have basic ITIL knowledge and are good with Excel.
