First Line IT Support Engineer - Dublin City Centre - 8 month contract - Excellent daily rate
I am currently looking for an IT support professional for a leading Irish utilities company for a role which will involve supporting, facilitating and working in collaboration with an existing team which is responsible for providing First Line IT Support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
The Key Responsibilities of the role will include taking IT support calls by phone and logging/solving and escalating where necessary
Work Location:
The assigned resource will be based in Central Dublin.
Qualifications:
It would be an advantage to have qualifications or hold an understanding of the following:
Active Directory,
Exchange,
MS Office , 2010
Vista,
Windows 7/2008.
Lync
Call Logging tool - Open Pursuit
Knowledge of Citrix
Experience:
My client are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, strong
problem solving abilities, the ability to work well in a team environment and who portrays a
level of professionalism at all times.
