Description
We are actively looking for a senior Analyst with a minimum of 12 years experience. Sound Agile experience and knowledge of Drupal are a must.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
The tasks that are to be performed include (beyond the ones mentioned in the FRM):
- Provide expertise on integration of IS into the business environment;
- Interactions with the business experts of the domains to assist them in the preparation and analysis of User Requirements;
- Provide problem solving capabilities to the team helping with the analysis & resolution of application defects;
- Use Rational Unified Process methodology;
- Use of UML formalism and diagrams for modelling;
- Analysis of User Requirements;
- Design of solutions responding to the user requirements, based on DIGIT's Multisite platform and in close collaboration with the development team;
- Preparation of software architecture documents, vision documents, business case analysis, analysis, design and functional specifications and all relevant artefacts that the RUP methodology requires;
- Interaction with the members of the other teams both inside and outside EAC (development, testing, support);
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good usage of application analysis & design tools (eg Rational Rose, Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Software Architect...);
- Good usage of daily follow-up tools (JIRA, JQL and plug-in modules such as Structure, Greenhopper, Tempo);
- Knowledge of Drupal;
- Basic knowledge of XML, HTML and JavaScript;
- Quick learning ability is required as well as good problem solving and communication, teamwork spirit and ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment skills are essential;
- Very good knowledge of English and adequate knowledge of French is required.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (LEVEL 4)
- AGile/Scrum is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of user requirements analysis and application design;
- Very good knowledge in the use of RUP, UML and Requirements Management
