This Financial Services Company is looking for a Client Exit Manager to join them on an interim basis and proactively manage our client's exit from key IS services contracts, ensuring it's managed effectively to budget with appropriate risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing an effective governance strategy for the projects exit.
  • Main point of contact for all programme related communication responsible for liaising with all levels of seniority to effective results, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. 
  • Creating and managing an overall exit plan whilst working in conjunction with team members and external suppliers to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Influencing decisions for the benefit of the business based on risk mitigation during the exit process of the workstreams. 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must have recent detailed experience of successfully leading the exit from major IS services outsourcing contracts.
  • Experience of both Contract Management & Project Management.
  • Strong supplier relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyse supplier contracts, review exit clauses, identify gaps (focusing on solutions), ensuring suppliers remain motivated during exit.
  • Prince 2/MSP practitioner.
