Primary responsibilities for ServiceNow Solution Architect:
Skills and Experience:
Techno-Functional expert on ServiceNow
Atleast 3+ years in SNOW
Has worked on full life cycle implementation
Has worked on migrating configurations from other ITSM tools to ServiceNow
Has exposure to both development and support projects
Good ITIL process knowledge
Has good communication skills
Has good documentation skills (able to articulate the requirements accurately)
Ability to manage stakeholder at all levels
