Missions
Solution specialist on Client's Web (ITC module used by France):
- Management of small enhancements: functional analysis, tests (IM & User Acceptance Tests)
- Coordinate suppliers (Cap Gemini & HP) and support teams to ensure application availability and performance; assistance to support team to help resolve incidents
Project manager on specific projects involving any business solution (internal or external)
Management of a technical team (2 server engineers and 2 database administrator) working on SDM Client France applications
