A Contract and Performance Manager is required to join a team that ensures that contract renewals are effectively managed, robust contract management and audit arrangements are put in place and commercial risks are identified and managed appropriately. There will be responsibility to drive the delivery of value for money and the implementation of appropriate commercial governance arrangements in all contractual arrangements managed by the Division, and work to ensure best practice is shared and implemented and that a consistent approach is adopted in the way suppliers are managed. You will be involved in the day to day management of 2 Design, Build, Finance, Operate (DBFO) contracts including audits, financial transactions, performance reporting and customer liaison, maintain effective liaison with Procurement Division to ensure that the renewal/tendering of contracts is planned and delivered in line with agreed National Strategy, undertake supplier audits to ensure adherence to the Quality Plan and risks and opportunities are managed effectively and financial exposure is quantified, collate and analyse performance data to ensure consistency of reporting and identify significant variances to challenge underperformance, share effective practice and support benchmarking activity, Contribute to the production of monthly performance reports based upon consistent and robust assessment of evidence and support the development of a consistent approach to the performance measurement of suppliers to identify effective practices and inform efficiencies
