- Good experience in defining and implementing efficient software development processes
- Good experience with agile concepts (Kanban, Scrum)
- Profound experience in software development (C/C++, Java, C#)
- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git, Clearcase, Subversion)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (preferrably Python)
- Familiar with Windows and UNIX environments
- Ability to understand complex software development environments
