The definition, implementation and audit of Quality standards within a large International organization.
Experience in the definition and implementation of continuous service improvement plans.
Timely delivery to the quality and budget expected.
EXPERIENCE/PROFILE
Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum IT experience of 8 years.
ITIL V3 certification.
Government security cleared - level EU Secret or UK SC cleared (current)
6 years' experience implementing ITIL methodology to Service Centre projects.
4 years' experience applying PMI (or equivalent) methodology to large projects.
2 years' experience applying CMMI Procedures and Methodology.
Good presentation skills.
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills as part of a team or teams.
Knowledge of the EU and the European Institutions.
English or French C1 (very good).
Alternative of English or French B2 (good).
Other European languages are an asset.
