Description
Perform development testing on hydraulic pumps and motors with high tech computer controlled test stands.- Analyze test results and report data and or conclusions to Design engineers.
- Write automated test programs specified by Design Engineers.
- Disassemble, inspect, analyze, and write reports on failed pumps and motors (development units or field units).
- Troubleshoot pump, motor, valve, and test stands problems.
- Assemble new developed product for lab and field tests.
- Mount and configure test stands for specified tests.
- Maintain all lab duties (sensor calibration, test unit storage, cleanliness).
Desired Skills:
- Hands on (likes to get dirty, disassemble mechanical components)
- Computer skills (excel, word, engineering programs)
- Hydraulic knowledge (theoretical or hands on)
- Print Reading.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Engineering Tech
