Role - IT Helpdesk Analyst
Location - London
Contract - 6 weeks

IT Helpdesk Analyst required for a 6 week contract for my client in London.

The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for the provision of first and second line support, to all IT users, for incident alerts and service requests.
Manage and deliver the full process of fault finding, fixing and reporting
Day to day administration of the Helpdesk software, Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange and Backups.
Support the Applications and Infrastructure teams in implementation and test of new and/or enhanced systems.
Ensure all support calls are logged and updated on the IT helpdesk system.
Experience supporting Rail Applications would be desirable
