JOB DESCRIPTION
Beacon Hill Technologies is currently searching for a Microsoft Office 2010 Support Specialist for a client in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills. The primary responsibility for this position would be to provide 100% phone support to internal employees that have just switched over to Office 2010.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Instruct on the use of Microsoft Office applications and other software applications via telephone to guide non-technical users through processes.
- Act as front line software support to answer phone calls and electronic tickets to resolve end user's problems.
- Own tickets from initial contact through resolution including escalation to appropriate senior staff when appropriate.
- Solid Experience with Supporting Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must. Solid understanding of Pivot Tables and Mail Merge are a must.
- They need to be very professional and patient people. This will be answering questions from high level executives and their assistants.
