Description
This position will be responsible for updating the time process and supporting documentation within the Manufacturing Engineering area. They will seek input from other facility experts to identify required updates, present recommended changes for approval, and once approved, they will make the required changes. This position will also be responsible for identifying gaps in the current Method Cycle time process and create the appropriate documentation and training to fill the gaps. Examples of potential gaps are how to create standard times using engineered time studies, training on taking an actual time study, how time studies support the standard work process, etc.
SKILLS:
Should have a strong Industrial Engineering background with experience in work standards, work measurement, time study and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with the application and development of standards. A Degree is preferred but not required.
