Description
The main function of this position is to develop the functional requirements of the Manufacturing Engineering job role. Once the functional requirements are defined, the person assigned to this position will work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Systems group to evaluate potential solutions and select the best fit alternative.
SKILLS:
Must have deep experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of what data is required to design, process and operate the various manufacturing areas including assembly, machining, fabrication, painting, etc.
- Must also have a good working understanding of Manufacturing Engineering Systems.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Eight to ten years engineering experience required.
- Teamcenter experience a plus.
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
