SC Customer Relations Manager (CRM)
For a large Defence client, I'm looking for an SC Customer Relations Manager (CRM). This contract is till Dec 2014 due to start ASAP.
Some of the Duties:
- Support the development of the Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) and proactively manage the CEP.
- Work closely with AMs to develop a consistent customer interface experience.
- Draft cover briefs and oversee the production of visit packs for senior staff in support of the CEP.
Skills needed:
- Security Clearance
- A university degree in a discipline with a customer/client element (eg studies in business admin, marketing, media etc) or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications is desirable but can be offset against the appropriate experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a position that requires regular contact with customers, clients and business partners.
- Knowledge and experience in developing Customer Relations products such Customer Register, Customer Satisfaction Reports or Customer Engagement Plans.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with strong briefing skills.
Desirable skills:
- A recognised service management or customer relations qualification and extensive experience in the improvement of customer relations, the handling and resolution of customer problems and customer satisfaction measuring and reporting.
- Prior experience of working in customer-oriented, service-based, multinational organisation comprising both military and civilian elements.
