Summary:
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for leading efforts necessary to roll out our eCommerce platform and capabilities in a specific region. This includes working with cross-functional stakeholders, General Managers for each country, IT, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and Finance and Marketing among others to define the eCommerce expansion plan and to align on priorities. The deliverables will include defining a business plan and play book for the region, including requirements gathering and writing functional and business requirements.

Scope of Responsibility/Expectation:
Work with the business to gather requirements necessary to support the global eCommerce expansion in alignment with the company's business goals
Develop detailed business plan and play book for global expansion
Ensure eCommerce regional plan supports revenue goals, develop analytical models to estimate forecasts and corresponding marketing promotions to bridge the gap on a weekly/monthly & quarterly basis
Write functional and business requirements
Anticipate problems and develop creative methods for solving them
Communicate scope and status to team members
Manage vendors, track performance and continually expand portfolio of offerings through best practices implementation
Develop and implement new policies, processes and procedures, where needed to support and enable global expansion
Work in a fast-paced, structured environment and be a team oriented and company oriented individual
Keep senior and executive management informed of any potential risks, potential missed deadlines, budget over-runs or stakeholder dissatisfaction
Manage cross-functional stakeholder teams
Make informed, critical decisions about the eCommerce expansion
Work with analytics team to ensure appropriate metrics and reporting are established to measure and report on success

SKILLS:

5+ years of experience. Strong analytics, interpersonal and consensus building skills are required. Experience rolling out an eCommerce solution and managing a third party vendor will be helpful. Executing the plan may also be required. Able to work effectively and independently under deadlines, and within a collaborative team oriented environment with sound judgment in decision-making. Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Strong analytical ability to support forecasting, promos, risk analysis, etc.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Global experience desired
eCommerce experience preferred
Mobile industry experience a plus
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent analytical abilities
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities from internal customers required
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
