SAP WM/SD Consultant - 6 month rolling contract - Belgium

The Client:-

A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500) is in urgent need to a SAP MM/SD functions consultant to join Phase 2 of their project for a 6 month rolling contract based in Antwerp, Belgium. This will be involving the products produced in EMEA will have to be serialized for the California Readiness regulations. A connection between SAP-AII and the ECC SAP R/3 (ERP2 System) need to be established.

Role:-

- Analysing the current business flows
- Analyse the impact on the current flows due to the serialization of some products
- Write functional specifications in DocSpace
- Present the new design in workshops with the users
- Prepare technical hand-over to the offshore ABAP team
- Customize the new flows
- Write test scripts in HP Quality Center
- Execute test scripts in HP Quality Center
- Perform user training
- Support UAT
- Execute the cut-over plan
- Provide post-go live support

Candidate:-

Excellent knowledge of the SAP WM module and knowledge of integration points with SAP SD.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP WM configuration and some SD experience
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solution & specifying that solution in functional technical design documents.
Translate functional and technical design in appropriate test scripts and identify test cases to test the solution.
Knowledge on (understand) ABAP coding and debugging.

Desired skills:

Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle.
Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the region.
Experience working in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
