Our client in Mountain View, CA is looking for Linguistic Reviewer for an exciting opportunity. As Chinese Linguistic Reviewer, our client is seeking someone to assist with the translation of its website. You will work together with a Chinese language specialist and other Asian language specialists on-site in Mountain View, CA.
As a Chinese Linguistic Reviewer, responsibilities include:
- Provide a high-quality site for our Traditional Chinese audience
- Will review the translation
- Contribute your language knowledge for terminology and styles
- File the bugs for linguistic and localization issues
Chinese Linguistic Reviewer Required Experience and Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese language (native level)
- Native level of reading and writing ability for Traditional Chinese
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a translator or an editor, preferably in website and software localization
- Good understanding of Chinese localization and linguistic issues
- B.A. in Translation, Linguistics, or similar
- Self-motivated, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
