Description
ISO 20000 - ITIL - Change Analysis - Implementation Change Project Manager urgently required for a Global Telecommunications company! This is a 6 month contract with a view to extend for a further 6 months.
The successful change manager will be acting as the liaison with the customer regarding planned changes to their solution
Managing the deliverables of the internal teams and third parties responsible for implementing the Change
o Ensuring implementation plans are complete
o Ensuring test plans are documented and executed
o Reviewing Back-out plans to ensure these are fit for purpose
Managing timescales for delivery of the Change by the customers' required date
Escalating any issues appropriately
- Ensure the ISO 20000 accredited process for Change Management is complied with for all changes
- Ensure ISO20000 Framework standards are understood and complied with for Change and Release Management
Skills required:
- The Change analyst needs to have good IT and commercial awareness.
- They must have strong organisational skills and the ability to draw on virtual teams to assist in the implementation of Changes.
- They must be strongly customer focused and used to delivering results within tight time-scales with a commitment to continuous improvement and management of change.
- He/she will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working in an integrated team environment and have a strong sense of commercial awareness.
- The person must have the ability to work with Managed Service customers at a senior level chair Change Advisory Boards and attend Service Review meetings to discuss proposed Changes as and when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practice guidelines and ISO 20000 framework.
