We are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Coordinators to provide services for Virgin Media's business customers. You will be required to manage orders from business customers; this could be 65 orders from one customer, or you could have 65 customers with one order each. Delivering orders within the agreed time scales will require organised individuals to coordinate delivery services. There are many key stakeholders within the order process; it will be your responsibility to ensure that key stakeholders are meeting agreed deadlines in order to complete the work. You will be responsible for escalating any issues to managers, keeping customers informed throughout the order process and challenging others to ensure that deadlines are met.
You will have ideally worked within an office environment, working pro actively and dealing with issues on a day-to-day basis. A problem solver with excellent customer service skills (face to face or over the telephone) will be beneficial for this role. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who deliver exceptional customer service.
