My client, a leading bank, is currently looking for Relationship Manager who will report to the Compliance/Payments team. Based in their London offices on a contract basis paying a daily rate of £ on a 9 month rolling contract
You will meet the following requirements:
A sound working knowledge of the Compliance arena and compliance related a product is essential.
Candidates should have a experience/first hand working knowledge of Compliance related products and processes such as sanctions filtering, hits management, Court Production Orders, SARs, KYC,AML, Breech reporting, PEP screening, PSD/PSR requirements etc etc.
An understanding of externally facing Compliance related roles such as MLRO and C11 would also be beneficial.
Candidates will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced in relationship management.
Owning, developing and managing client relationships with senior client stakeholders, and ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade in order to achieve objectives and/or resolve conflict in a timely and efficient manner.
An ability to provide guidance and support to the TSA owners to allow them to understand the client contract and fulfil their contractual obligations is required
Commercial acumen and commercial management.
Balancing customer and supply demands and desires in order that relationships whilst objectives are delivered.
Experience of playing a key role in governance forums and processes structures, and exposure to chairing forums and setting agendas
