Description

An interim Pharmaceutical Marketing Director, with experience of leading European activities around Marketing, new product launches and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required to head up the CNS Marketing division within our client.

This is an interim role whilst the business searches for the next permanent incumbent of the position.

Leading the team across Europe during a critical time period that includes new product launches in partnership with another business. Building relationships with the partner organisation as well as internal stakeholders within Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical, Regulatory, Supply chain and Finance will be key in the success of the role and in setting the business in the right direction for success.

Maintaining sales and delivering a successful product launch alongside working with the team, driving efficiencies within the brands and being the "leading light" for CNS around the European business are the key elements to this role and therefore the key experiences needed in the successful candidate.

This is a great opportunity to enable the success of the brand, take hands on responsibility and drive improvements whist setting the role up for the future incumbent.

Interviews will be held during the week of the 6th May and a projected start date is the 12th May.
