Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Service Management Data Analyst - Normalisation Review for an initial 6 month contract role based in London.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of total experience as a Service Management Data Analyst in a Banking organisation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
*Experience working as a Data Analyst in a previous role
*A good knowledge of Configuration Management tools, Service Now
*Experience of using Auto-discover products
*Good understanding of technical systems architecture
*Experience of using Configuration Management Database tools at an Enterprise Level 9eg UCMDB, ServiceNow, Atrium)
*Experience of using Service Management Tools
*ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3) certification preferable

Deliverables
*Normalisation is a key strategic deliverable which will improve the quality of our data
*Perform analysis of data feeds from inventory data to help understand the current state. Coordination of SMEs to determine where each data element needs to reside, ie CMDB or repository, etc. and assist with implementation.
*This activity will feed into the 99% data accuracy for PA and ITSEC CIGLs. It will also reduce the risk of data accuracy decreasing following the CIxLS closure by introducing measures to maintain quality.
