QlikView Consultant - Investment Bank - London - £550-£600 per day
QlikView Consultant required to work for a Tier 1 Investment Bank on a long term programme of work implementing a QlikView dash. This role is based in the City and offers £550 - £650 per day (depending on experience).
You will have the opportunity to work with senior managers within the business providing a consultative/analysis approach facing off to the client, as they implement prototype applications in QlikView.
You will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and direction on the use of QlikView, supporting users whilst also carrying out hands-on coding and development to provide architectural design and development expertise in all aspects of QlikView. Further responsibilities will consist of managing application design, build and testing, including liaising with upstream data providers and change management community.
Requirements
- Strong experience and background working within Investment Banking (experience within Treasury is highly desired)
- Extensive QlikView development experience; reports, dashboards, Scripting - system architecture experience would also be beneficial
- Analytics Solution and Application design using QlikView
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with a Consultancy' mind-set, capable of taking high level direction and then delving into potential problems and liaising with business and IT for the solution.
