For a Telecom Operator we are seeking an experienced Radio planner and optimization Engineer.
The relevant candidate should have Huawei LTE planning experience (experience from EPC core is a plus)
The consultant will advice on guidelines, initiate a long term evolution plan, do frequency planning and coordinate different types of activities
The right candidate must be "self going" and experienced enough to advice other members of the technical staff
