My client is currently seeking a Service Design Manager with operational loans experience to take up a fixed term contract position for 18 Months based in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading bank that is going through a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the design of the loans customer experience through the service processes, procedures, management information and operational readiness for go live. Aligning to the customer service strategy and the banks risk appetite.
Skills, knowledge and experience- 3 - 5 years previous Loans operational experience is essential
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proven ability in working in a change environment
- Proven leader and relationship manager across teams and in a Matrix management organisation
- Proven ability to influence at a Senior Management and Executive level
- Strong awareness and understanding of Conduct Risk
