Description
Must be capable of conducting the routine auditing, inspection and testing of the Quality System Programs. Under the direction of Quality Management, the Quality Control Tech must have general knowledge of Food Safety and Quality System elements. Employee must monitor, respond, accurately and appropriately to all process operating guidelines. Employee must be computer literate and operate supporting equipment. The Technician must be able to complete quality required paperwork accurately and timely.
Will work 2nd Shift, could work weekends with advance notice.
SKILLS:
Require Bachelors Degree in Food Science or other discipline with experience in Food Manufacturing. Need to have some quality control experience in food manufacturing industry.
