Description
For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a Senior Application Specialist.
This is for a project of at least 6 motnths plus extensions.
Project/Delivery Line Description
Primary Focus Area(s): Continued operation and resolution of (ITIL) Problems of SecureCenter application components.
Secondary Focus Area(s): Continued operation and resolution of (ITIL) Problems of SecureSite application components.
Tertiary Focus Area(s): Interaction with identified Service Providers external to the
SecurePlant Platform (internal to client or external providers) to ensure continued operation of functionality relying on that integration (eg, continued capabilities of QPL transfer
from Vendors to SecureCenter).
Roles and Responsibilities:
2014 Top 5 KPIs:
1. All application connectivity and functionality required to deliver defined SecurePlant Services (SecureCenter and SecureSite) is available to support SecurePlant Platform Services at levels defined in Service Level Objectives or Agreements
2. Identified MAC and non-MAC Vendor solutions to support SecurePlant are effectively integrated to the SecurePlant solution, including validation of the integration and application support capabilities based on clients Use Cases, which are to be defined to support the integration effort.
3. All (ITIL) Changes submitted for SecurePlant services (Deployments or Run and Maintain) are free from error (excepting Service Provider execution errors)
4. All applications required to support the SecurePlant initiative are identified and integrated into the SecurePlant offering, including the iterative integration of additional technology solution components included in SecurePlant releases (eg, USB Management Solution).
5. Operational application support documentation required to deliver SecurePlant services is identified, developed and introduced to production support within the Service Provider environments, enabling effective proactive monitoring and reactive issue resolution.
